value study

I got inspired by some friends at work doing lunch time studies, so I thought I'd do one too. This is from Karsh's Winston Churchill portrait. I spent about an hour on this one.

I'm wondering if you are interested in teaching art or drawing lessons. I have a 7 yr old son who loves drawing and wants to take some lessons. We live in north utah county.
